Due to to the never ending house renovations I decamped to my mother’s house for the weekend with the kids and cats. It was possibly the nicest thing we have done for a long time, the girls always love spending time with their Nanny, (she won’t be called grandma), and it’s nice for me to be able to take them to my childhood home. I have been planning on doing a photo shoot with my eldest daughter for a long time, and as she turns 8 next month now was the perfect time. We visited one of my favourite childhood places, a quiet little wood and lake called Wyndhams Pool. I wanted to try and create an old worldly vintage feel for this shoot and I would love to offer photo shoots like this for my clients too . Think vintage birdcages, bunting and beautiful dresses.
